What is DNS Management?
DNS, or Domain Nameserver Management is a premium service provided by some domain registrars that includes support and guidance in managing your DNS and domain nameserver server settings. This service may come in handy if you ever want to forward your domain or utilize a third-party email service.
Upon request, our staff is happy to assist you with modifying or updating the DNS settings (CNAME, A, MX, NS records etc.) on your managed domain as required for your connectivity or forwarding needs. Simply initiate a new support ticket and provide the complete details for setup given by your third-party provider to begin the process!
What is Domain Privacy?
Domain privacy is an optional premium service provided by some domain registrars that replaces the registrant “admin contact” details with that of a proxy, keeping your contact details private. Without domain privacy enabled the registrant full name, address, and email account information is publicly available online for all to see.
Domain admin contacts that do not enable domain privacy can expect to receive a significant amount of unsolicited SPAM once their details become searchable online.
How much does Domain Privacy cost?
Domain privacy is available at the reasonable annual rate of $10.00/year. This fee is in addition to your $14.00/year annual registration and renewal rate.
If you choose to forgo privacy when you initially register the domain, you may add it on at any time from your client area.
